  • Libbi McLean

    DIRECTOR

    Elizabeth (Libbi) is a Workplace Relations specialist. Libbi has practised in Workplace Relations for 15 years as both a specialist Workplace Relations Lawyer and Manager of a Workplace Relations advisory service. Libbi is a representative on the Australian Law Council’s Industrial Law Committee, which advises the federal government on industrial relations law. She is also a Director of a law firm with 37 staff, in which she manages the workplace law practice.

    As a lawyer and Workplace Relations Manager, Libbi has managed workplace relations advice to businesses ranging from small, owner operated businesses to international corporations with thousands of employees.

    Libbi understands that risk and strategy should guide all workplace relations decisions and projects. From her extensive experience advising on employment related disputes, Libbi can predict the outcomes and guide clients away from the risks towards the outcome which allows them to get back to business.

    Chondelle is a dynamic HR and Workplace Relations specialist who partners with clients to gain a strong familiarity of their people needs, and how our services can be tailored to best support their goals and requirements.

    Backed by a strong technical knowledge, Chondelle supports clients in building solid foundations, setting them up for success, and guiding them through challenges that may arise. Chondelle’s pragmatic and commercial approach ensures solutions are sustainable and risk is minimised, while focusing on building the confidence and capability of her clients.

  • John Poulsen

    EXECUTIVE COACH & ORGANISATIONAL TANSFORMATION CONSULTANT

    John has over 30 years experiences as a seasoned executive and CEO of a global law firm. In recent years he has pivoted his career to become a values-based Executive Coach, Strategist and Facilitator of Transformation.

    John spent much of 2018 learning about the psychology, neuroscience and philosophy of leadership and how to radically transform leaders’ mindsets so that they are empowered to navigate their way through ever-changing contexts and have the psychological dexterity and the tools that they need for sustained growth and agility. As a Barrett’s Values Centre CTT Certified Consultant, John uses the tools and resources from Barrett Values Centre to support his clients in their personal, leadership and cultural transformation.

    He now coaches emerging and existing leaders to develop and enhance their people skills, so that they fully motivate, engage and empower their people to succeed.

    John also helps leaders to develop and implement cultural change projects. He speaks on leadership, organisational change and has a passion for assisting organisations to build mentally healthy workplaces.
